FOR BROKERAGES
Email marketing for every agent in your brokerage.
Your agents keep different books, different habits and different inboxes. We run one email program across all of it: company-wide market updates, open house digests, agent spotlights and recruiting campaigns, designed, sent and reported by our team under your brokerage's brand.
Every campaign designed, written and sent by our team
Your own sending domain, set up and authenticated for you
Built for U.S. real estate, compliant with CAN-SPAM on every send
SOUND FAMILIAR?
The email problem every brokerage runs into
Your office has one brand, but email coming out of it looks like fourteen different businesses. Here's where that shows up.
Every agent, a different inbox
Some agents email their sphere weekly. Others haven't sent anything since last spring. Your brand looks different in every inbox it reaches.
Your database sits in nine different CRMs
Past clients and leads live wherever each agent keeps them. None of it works together, and most of it never gets emailed at all.
No one is watching compliance
Every agent sending on their own account is a compliance risk your brokerage owns. One bad opt-out process is one complaint away from a problem.
No office-wide view of what's working
You can't see which campaigns bring in leads, because there's no single report. Each agent's results, if they exist, stay on their own screen.
Recruiting and retention take a back seat
Keeping top producers happy and attracting new agents both run on consistent communication, and that's the first thing that drops when everyone is busy.
CAMPAIGNS THAT WORK FOR YOU
A calendar built for brokerage life
These are campaigns we build around your office's calendar, not one agent's. Each one draws on every agent's listings and database at once.
Company-wide open house digest
Every Thursday, pull every agent's weekend open houses into one email under your brokerage brand. It fills the funnel for agents who don't have their own distribution list yet.
Spring listing surge
March through May, send a weekly roundup of new listings across every agent's book. One email reaches the sphere of your whole office, not just one agent's contacts.
Quarterly market report
Send a market update, under your brokerage name, to every household in your combined database. It keeps your brand in front of past clients between transactions.
Monthly just-sold roundup
Combine every closing across your agents into one email. A long list of recent sales says more about your brokerage than any single agent's listing ever could.
Recruiting campaigns to agents at other firms
Send a quarterly message to licensed agents outside your brokerage, built around production support and your split structure. Timed for January and July, when agents reconsider their firm.
Agent spotlight series
Feature one agent's story and recent sales each month. It builds trust with buyers and gives recruits a reason to picture themselves on your roster.
Year-end state of the market
Close the year with a full market review sent to every contact in your database. It's the one email every past client expects, and it's branded to your office, not one agent's name.
Seasonal greetings across the full roster
Memorial Day, back-to-school, the winter holidays: one email, sent once, reaches every agent's sphere at the moments your brand should show up.

From a one-line brief to a finished campaign
You tell us the goal: get every agent's open houses in front of the whole office's database before the weekend. We write the brief, your brand, your agents' listings, the offer, the tone.
From that brief the email gets its subject line, its structure and its design, in your brokerage's colors and voice. We review it, check every link and send it. No agent touches a design tool or an email platform.
THE FEATURES YOU'LL USE MOST
Built for an office, not one inbox
These are the parts of the service brokerages lean on hardest, the ones that keep a whole roster of agents sending under one brand.
YOUR BRAND, YOUR DOMAIN
One domain, every agent
Your sending domain is registered and authenticated under your brokerage's name, not left to whichever email address an agent happens to use. Every campaign we send for your office carries the same From address, the same tracking links and the same landing page domain.
That consistency is what makes fourteen agents' emails read as one brand, not fourteen different ones.
Domain registered and authenticated for you
SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up with zero DNS work for your office
One From address and one landing page domain across every campaign
ONE DATABASE, NOT NINETY
Every agent's contacts, in one place
Brokerages come to us with nine spreadsheets, three CRM exports and a handful of agents who kept their list in a notebook. We bring it together in one place.
The importer maps every column to a field and reuses fields you already have instead of duplicating them, and an interrupted upload resumes right where it stopped.

WHAT THE OFFICE SEES
Results you can show at the broker meeting
Every open is classified: the ones that arrive the way software opens are reported separately from the ones a real person made. You see delivered, human opens, automated opens, clicks, bounces, complaints and unsubscribes, live, from the first campaign.
It's one view for the whole brokerage's email activity, not a different screen for every agent.

COMPLIANCE, CHECKED
Every send reviewed before it goes out
A campaign going out under your brokerage's name reaches every agent's sphere at once, so a mistake goes out wide too. Before launch, we review the subject line and preheader, the structure, every link, the sender details and the footer.
Each finding comes with the reason and the fix, so what reaches your whole office's inboxes is right the first time.
Subject line, preheader and structure checked
Every link and sender detail verified
Footer and opt-out reviewed for CAN-SPAM compliance

QUESTIONS
What brokerages ask us
Will our brokerage's emails land in spam?
Your sending domain is registered and authenticated for you, and every address is checked with its mail server before a campaign goes out. Sending builds up gradually on each domain, the way inbox providers expect, and every campaign follows the CAN-SPAM Act: honest headers, a physical address and an opt-out we honor within 10 business days.
How much of our office's time will this take?
None of your agents' time. We write, design, review and send every campaign, and report the results in your portal. Your part is the strategy call and approving what we build.
What happens to our existing agent databases?
Bring them from any spreadsheet or CRM export. We map every column to a field, clean the list and verify every address before it's ever used in a campaign.
Can we see results for the whole brokerage, not just one agent?
Your portal reports delivered, human opens, clicks, bounces, complaints and unsubscribes across every campaign we send for your office. Custom packages can break results out by agent or by office on request.
Do all our agents have to use the same email design?
Every email we send carries your brokerage's brand: your logo, colors and voice. Within that, campaigns can feature one agent, a group, or the whole roster, whatever the send calls for.
Is this compliant with email law?
Yes. Every campaign follows the CAN-SPAM Act: a real physical address, an honest subject line and from name, and opt-outs honored within 10 business days.
What if our brokerage has more than one office?
Custom packages cover multi-office brokerages: one sending domain and brand, with campaigns and reporting organized however your offices are structured.
