Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Every plan runs month to month. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
What happens to unused credits at the end of the month?
Credits reset with each billing cycle and do not carry over. Your plan's pool always matches what you're paying for that month.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. Every standard plan is month to month. Custom brokerage packages may include a term, and we agree that with you in advance.
What if I run out of credits mid-month?
We let you know before your pool runs low and can move you to a larger plan the same day, with no gap in sending.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down as your sending volume changes. The new plan and its credit pool take effect on your next billing date.
Do address checks and copywriting cost extra?
No. Both draw from the same credit pool as your plan. There's one number to watch, not a separate bill for each.
Is my existing database safe to send to?
We check every address with its mail server before the first send, so a list you've held for years won't damage your sending reputation.
Will I need to set anything up myself?
No. We register and configure your sending domain, build your campaigns and manage your list. You approve the plan and we handle the rest.
Are these campaigns CAN-SPAM compliant?
Yes. Every campaign carries an honest header, an accurate subject line, a physical address and a working opt-out, honored within 10 business days.
What if I need more than the listed plans cover?
Teams and brokerages with larger lists or multiple agents get a custom package. Book a call and we'll scope the volume and the price together.
