CREATIVE VARIANTS

One campaign, several designed versions

Every campaign you send through us can launch as two or more designed versions: a different subject line, opening, offer, or layout. We rotate them evenly across your whole list, then show you which one your real estate leads actually responded to.

  • Every variant reaches a fair, even share of your list

  • Human opens reported separately from automated ones

  • You choose the winner, never an algorithm

THE PROBLEM

Most A/B tests lie to you

A sample size of a few hundred people and an hour's wait tell you almost nothing about an audience of real estate leads.

The usual way to test an email is to split your list into a small sample, send two versions to a sliver of it, wait an hour, and declare a winner based on whichever one got opened first. On a real estate list of past clients, sphere contacts and prospective buyers, that sample is often too small to mean anything, and the first opens are frequently automated systems scanning the message for security, not a buyer deciding whether to view a listing.

That leaves you making decisions, or worse, letting software make them, on noise. The subject line that "won" might simply have reached a mail server that scans faster. The version that looked weaker might never have had a fair shot: it went to fewer people, for less time, before the test closed.

You end up with a report that says one email beat another, without ever telling you whether a single one of your contacts actually preferred it.

HOW IT WORKS

A fair test, built into every send

You don't set up or run a test. Every campaign we send for you can include this by design.

We design the variants

For your campaign, we write and design two or more versions: different subject lines, opening lines, offers, or layouts, built from the same brief and your brand.

We rotate them evenly

Every contact on your list gets one version, assigned in an even rotation across the whole audience, not a small sample held back for testing.

We separate real opens from automated ones

As results come in, every open is classified. Opens that arrive the way scanning software opens are counted separately from the opens of an actual person.

You see the results, and pick

Your client portal shows each variant's results side by side. You choose which one to keep using, with nothing crowned automatically on early numbers.

IN DETAIL

Three parts of a fair test

What goes out, how it's shared across your list, and what you see when it's done.

VARIANTS

Several designed versions, not one

A variant is a full design choice, not a tweak. One campaign might go out with two subject lines testing urgency against plain description, two opening lines, or two different offers, such as a private showing invitation against a price update.

Each version is designed and written to the same standard as a single campaign would be: in your brand, built from your brief, ready to send on its own.

  • Different subject lines

  • Different openings

  • Different offers

  • Different layouts

ROTATION

An even share of your whole list

Variants don't go to a small test group while the rest of your list waits for a winner. Every contact is assigned a version in an even rotation, so each variant reaches a true, full-size slice of your past clients, your sphere and your current leads.

That also means your mail doesn't look like one identical blast to Gmail, Yahoo and Microsoft. Different subject lines and layouts moving across the same send look like real mail, not a single message fired at everyone at once.

  • Every contact gets one version

  • No held-back sample

  • Looks like real mail to inbox providers

RESULTS

Per-variant results, human opens only

Every variant's results arrive in your client portal on their own line: delivered, human opens, automated opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes, reported separately from the others.

You see which version a person actually opened and clicked, not which one a security scanner opened first. You decide the winner; we never crown one automatically while the numbers are still early and noisy.

  • Human opens reported separately

  • Clicks reported per variant

  • You choose the winner

WHY IT MATTERS

What a fair test means for you

Five ways testing done this way changes what you know about your own list.

  1. You learn what your own list prefers

Not a model of real estate buyers in general. Your past clients, your sphere, your current leads: the people who actually receive your campaigns.

  2. You stop guessing at subject lines

Instead of debating whether "Just Listed" beats "New on the Market," you see which one your contacts opened, on a full send.

  3. Your results aren't skewed by security scanners

Automated opens are set aside from the count, so the numbers you act on reflect people, not software.

  4. Every send looks a little different to inbox providers

Rotating variants means your mail isn't one identical blast, which is one more factor working in favor of landing in the inbox.

  5. You keep the decision

We show you every variant's results side by side. You pick the version to keep using on your next campaign.

COMPARED

A test that counts people, not scanners

A typical A/B test

  • Tests a small sample and waits an hour
  • Crowns a winner on whichever email opened first
  • Counts every open the same way
  • One identical email to every inbox provider
  • You read a report and guess why

Prime Property Marketing

  • Full-size test. Every variant reaches an even share of your whole list.
  • You decide. Nothing is crowned automatically on early numbers.
  • Human opens only. Automated opens are reported separately, never counted as a person.
  • Varied by design. Different subject lines and layouts, not one identical blast.
  • Per-variant breakdown. Delivered, opens, clicks and bounces for each version, side by side.

QUESTIONS

Questions about testing

Is this the same as A/B testing?

It's a fairer version of it. Every variant goes to an even share of your whole audience, not a small sample, and results count real people, not scanners.

How many variants can a campaign have?

A campaign can launch with two or more designed versions: different subject lines, openings, offers or layouts. We decide the mix with you based on what you want to learn.

Do I have to request variants, or do you set them up automatically?

We build variants into a campaign wherever there's something worth testing, such as a new offer or a subject line you're unsure about. We talk this through with you as part of planning your campaigns.

How do you tell a real person's open from an automated one?

Every open is classified as it arrives. Opens that match the pattern of security and privacy scanners are counted as automated; the rest are counted as human, in separate columns of your report.

What happens if one variant clearly performs worse?

Nothing happens automatically. We show you both results and let you decide whether to keep sending that version, retire it, or use it as a starting point for the next campaign.

Does sending multiple versions cost more?

Each email sent, whichever variant it is, draws from the same monthly plan. There's no separate charge for testing.

Can variants help with deliverability too?

Yes. Sending a few different versions across your list means your mail doesn't look like one identical blast to Gmail, Yahoo and Microsoft, which is one more factor in landing in the inbox.
