THE PROBLEM

You export your contacts from your CRM, your transaction platform, and the spreadsheet you've kept since your first year in the business. Each one uses different column names for the same thing: "Phone" in one, "Cell" in another, "Mobile Number" in a third. Upload them to most tools and you end up with three separate phone fields for the same three hundred people.
The totals never add up either. A file with 1,842 rows imports as 1,650, or 2,100, and nobody can say whether that's duplicates removed or real contacts lost. Odd headers choke the import halfway through, and if your connection drops at row 1,200, the next attempt starts back at row one, doubling everyone who already went in.
Worse, you don't know who's actually safe to send to. An address that bounced on a past platform, or complained about a message years ago, can end up back on your list with no warning, costing you deliverability on a campaign you expect to work.

What file formats do you accept?
